I wrote Tandy       at one point, and they said something about how it was proprietary.              I know I spent time disassemblying the bit that was loaded into the model       100 to drive the drive, but I never got far enough.              There was a two part article in one of the Model 100 related magazines       (I knew about that one, I have no clue if there were others), but it's       not like I can get my hands on them easily, and I sure can't recall       the specifics.
