   The obvious answer would be to look at MS-Basic Programming Books circa   
   late 70's through early 80's.   
      
   The basic installed in most early radio shack computers was Micro Soft   
   Basic so their advanced basic programming manual should have the   
   information you seek.  Also search out the original IJG Books Microsoft   
   Basic Decoded and similar books.
