   So you charged someone $80 shipping when the actual shipping was only   
   $65?    Such a deal!   
      
   You should never give a flat shipping price.   Just charge the actual   
   shipping amount.   That way neither side gets burned.   
      
   What if the winning bidder on the Model 4 is in your state?  Are you   
   still going to charge $100 when the actual shipping will likely be   
   around $40?   If so, then *that* is absolutely a scam.
