   If I remember right, the Model I ESF was memory mapped (the ESF OS was   
   on a ROM that mapped into the 2k hole between the top of the Level II   
   ROM and the keyboard/video I/O block.)  I have no idea if the actual ESF   
   I/O was memory or I/O mapped.  It might be possible to rig something up,   
   but it wouldn't be easy.
