|    Catweasel, Linux Problem    |

From: ralffmail-news1@yahoo.de              Hi,              today I get a Catweasel Mk4 to write Floppy-Images to disks.              Unfortunately, the dmk2cw (and dmk2cw) Tools claim not to "find" the       Catweasel on the PCI Bus. However, it "should" be there :-(              I then put the Catweasel into a Windows 2000 machine; it was detected       correctly at boot. After Installation of the Drivers I was also able to       start the Imagetool that came with the Catweasel - as I have no real       Amiga Disks, but when I started to read a bulk-erased Floppy the Drive       was (correctly) accessed.                     Back on the Linux-Box, I still doesn't work. In lspci I see one Dev       which should be the Catweasel:              00:0a.0 Communication controller: Tiger Jet Network Inc. Tiger3XX       Modem/ISDN interface        Subsystem: Unknown device 5213:0002        Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 10        I/O ports at d800 [size=256]        Memory at cfffb000 (32-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=4K]        Capabilities: [40] Power Management version 2              I also tried to add a "pci=routeirq" Kernel-Parameter but that didn't       help, too :-(              The exact Error-Message:              penguin cw2dmk-4.3 # ./cw2dmk -d 0 /dev/null       cw2dmk 4.3       Failed to detect Catweasel MK3/4 on PCI bus; looking for MK1 on ISA bus       at 0x320       cw2dmk: Failed to detect Catweasel at port 0x320              In the cw2dmk-Sources (cwpci.c) I found a PCI-ID that seems OK:        case 0x00025213: /* Catweasel MK4 */                     Oh...              ... just did a "make clean all"              and got              gcc -O3 -Wall -c -o cwpci.o cwpci.c       cwpci.c: In function `pci_find_catweasel':       cwpci.c:249: error: `NULL' undeclared (first use in this function)       cwpci.c:249: error: (Each undeclared identifier is reported only once       cwpci.c:249: error: for each function it appears in.)       make: *** [cwpci.o] Error 1              Does anyone have a hint?
