   No you don't. Ira's site is his personal site. He can do what ever the #$@%! he   
   wants and has zero obligation (legal or moral) to anyone who visits it.   
   Otherwise you are saying that when someon makes a successful non-commercial web   
   site as a private citizen that they then have an obligation to keep it running   
   as is in perpetuity. You are the petulant one.   
      
   The reality is that there is no longer a single repository for TRS-80 software   
   and one needs to scour then net and (oh my god) talk to others in the community   
   to find what they are looking for.
