    Next time it happens, try booting into model 3 mode (reset+break)   
   and see if the video does the same thing or if the screen comes up in   
   model 3 basic. Some model 4 boards have an adj. for video in mod4 mode   
   (an adjustable pot). Here is a link that may help if this is the issue:
