   Are you on a Model III/4/4D/4P running a Model III/4/4D/4P OS?   
   If so, you MUST have a double-density boot diskette.  There is no   
   alternative.   The Model III/4/4D/4P boot ROM on these systems   
   only reads a boot sector (Cylinder 0, Side 0, Sector 1) recorded   
   in MFM double-density.
