   So get an old, non-working one, hollow it out and pop in a PC motherboard.   
   then get a non-working TRS-80 CPU unit and pop in a PC keyboard. The   
   plastic on the TRS-80 was very soft and easy to work with. A soldering   
   iron would go right through it and you could make cutouts for various   
   ports and cables.
