   There was also a verson 2.0d floating around. It was never officially   
   released, but Tech Support sent all the diags out on it. It was a 'combo'   
   of   
   2.0a and 2.0b in that is used the slow step rate of the Shugart/TP drives,   
   and had the motor turnon delay of the Slimline drives. It was only intended   
   to allow the repair shops to have a 'single disk' for all the II/12/16...   
   type   
   machines but computer centers quickly realized how nice it was for customers   
   that happened to have both types of machines at their site use one single   
   setup. It also allowed for drives to be mixed, like a double sided bay on   
   a Model II for example.
