   One of the links from Wikipedia led me back to the Jefferson Computer   
   Museum, which is where I found the information I paraphrased above.   
      
   It doesn't appear to have changed much - here is the original from the   
   website, which appeared long before UCSD released the II.x sources:   
      
   "The source code to UCSD P-System and UCSD Pascal   
   I'd like to get permission from UCSD to redistribute the source code and   
   executables for the archaic versions of the UCSD P-System version II and   
   UCSD Pascal. They have granted a redistribution right to a group of TI-99   
   revivalists, so I'm hopeful." -
