   It's easy on the Tandy 1000, as the video is ALWAYS available at the   
   'normal'   
   area above 640K.   
      
   And if I remember right, there's a BIOS call to return top of memory, and it   
   should take the video usage into account.   
      
   So for the Tandy 1000 just access the video 'as if' it were on a video card   
   inserted into the machine at the 'normal' locations above 640, and keep   
   your program from trying to use memory above what the BIOS/OS call   
   tells you is the top of memory.
