Since the real "near meltdown" was in the spring of       1979, that might help narrow it down.              For some reason, I can almost picture it coming from Wayne Green's       software company, whatever that was called. It might have even been in 80       Microcomputing before? The only reason I'd associate it with his ocmpany       is that I never had a model 1, just a various Color Computers and the       Model 100 laptop, so I wouldn't have been paying attention to software and       especially games for the model 1.
