   Four years after I posted the question starting this thread...   
      
   No ribbon found, sad but true. Anyway, for the sake of future data   
   archaeologists that may bump into this, as noted on the early exchange of   
   messages on the matter, the TRP-100 printer can happily work with standard   
   fax-roll paper - have to note I had    
   some fun trying to get this paper on the local office supply store, many don't   
   carry the item except on their web outlets.   
      
   The TRP-100 is comfortably setup along my CoCo 1 and CoCo 3 at home providing   
   quick and dirty BASIC program printouts on absolutely not-archival quality   
   paper :-)
