   When I reassembled a Model 4D, the reset switch stopped working. I know I can   
   fix it if I can open the keyboard but how can I open the keyboard? It looks   
   like it's held together by dozens of tiny heat rivets. I don't want to break   
   them all and then find    
   out there's a less destructive way to get into the keyboard. Is there an   
   easier way?
