   Correct syntax is   
      
   SYSGEN (ON/OFF, DRIVE=n)   
      
   where ON creates CONFIG/SYS, OFF removes it, and n is the drive number   
   (default=0)   
      
   So try SYSGEN (ON) and see what happens
