I do have some concerns that they didn't catch it sooner but, OTOH, I don't
think it is any conspiracy.  It is "aggressive" so it is possible that
nothing odd showed up on his PSA tests until now.  My "assumption" is that
PSA tests are an annual thing for any male who gets an annual physical -- I
have no family history and they've been testing mine since I was at least
39.

If for some reason they didn't test Biden's PSA level annually, "why?" would
be a valid question.

But I don't see any conspiracy here.
