My dad had prostate cancer and the doctor told him that if he was older than
75 they wouldn't have attempted to treat it due to the demand on the body vs
how slowly the cancer spreads. Apparently some people can live 10+ years with
the cancer, as it is not normally aggressive. The fact that it spread to his
bones is the real concern. Until then it most likely wasn't anything worth
concerning the world about, as he could have lived out his natural life with
the non-aggressive strain.

So I see no conspiracy or a huge coverup, just an older gentlemen going
through a bad cancer diagnosis.
