Republicans whined that Gore filed lawsuit after lawsuit in the
 2000 election, even though he filed one. And the republicans
 filed the rest.

 They claimed he wanted recount after recount, even though he
 wanted one statewide recount, and followed state law in the
 process to get there.

 Yet we saw Al Franken delayed for months in being seated because
 of a republican lawsuit.

 We see republican Murkowski of Alaska, winning as an
 independent, being delayed because of a
 republican lawsuit.

 We saw multiple lawsuits here in Lucas county Ohio, some so
 stupid even the local republicans said they were. Now we have
 had two in the county elections, both by republicans against
 democratic victors. One has already been lost, the other is
 going before a judge now. Not one had any real basis.

 As I was looking for the name of one of the candidates I found
 the reports of the shooting of Congresswoman Giffords. Another
 case of right wing hate spewing fingering a victim for another
 nut case.

 Enough of this.
