A packet of chile recipes meant for the Cooking echo somehow got posted to
this echo. Probably due to a minor faux pas on the part of the board I am
using to do this. I have since gone in and resigned from this echo (and
notified the SysOp of the problem) and hopefully it won't happen again.

Meanwhile, they are pretty good recipes - so, ENJOY!!!
