     12 oz (2 jars) pimiento strips;
           - chopped
  1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese;
           - shredded
      8 oz Extra-sharp Cheddar cheese;
           - shredded
 
  In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add
  cheeses and stir to combine. Refrigerate, covered, at
  least 1 hour.
