These are just the _first_ CD-ROM of a set of three along with the check sums.

Why do I recommend it?

Well it found all my standard hardware right off the bat and 
even negotiated the network cable connection unprompted.

The firewall can be found in the menu though before I found that one
I downloaded my current version 2.0 rc.firewall and installed, presumably the 
one listed in the menu is an automated install of the same or similar.

Once again, *excellent* for the visually impaired with built in text to speech,
Orca.

I had to scout it up just to turn it off! 

Comes with Open Office word processor for those needinjg all the bells
and whistles as well as Windows - Word, Office - Word Perfect compatability.

... It's not easy being green.
