      Title: Potato Surprise

      4 lg Potatoes
    1/2 ts Turmeric
      1 ts Coriander powder
      1 ts Cumin powder
    1/2    Serrano; chopped
      1 c  Yogurt
    1/4 ts Cumin seeds
      1 ts Fresh ginger; grated
      2 tb Cilantro; chopped
      3 c  Water
      2 ts Salt
      1 ts Oil
 
  Cook potatoes with 2 cups of water in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes
  after bruinging to maximum pressure. Remove from heat and allow to
  cool before removing lid. Peel and cube potatoes. Mix the yogurt with
  all powders, serrano, and salt, and pour over potatoes. Heat oil in a
  pan and brown cumin seeds and ginger. Add to potato-yogurt mixture
  and stir. Mix in 1 cup of water and simmer for 3 minutes, uncovered.
  Garnish with cilantro.
