      Title: Potato Chowder

      8 c  Diced potatoes
 43 1/2 oz (3 cans) chicken broth
 10 3/4 oz Cream of chicken soup;
           - undiluted
    1/3 c  Chopped onion
    1/4 ts Pepper
      8 oz Cream cheese; diced,
           - softened
    1/2 lb Sliced bacon; cooked,
           - crumbled
           Minced chives
 
  In a 5 qt. slow cooker, combine the first 5 ingredients.
  Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until potatoes
  are tender.
  
  Add cream cheese; stir until blended. Garnish with bacon
  and chives.
