      Title: Fast Baked Fish

      Yield: 4 servings
 
  1 1/4 lb Fish fillets
      1 ts Seasoned salt
           Pepper & paprika
      3 tb Butter; melted
 
  Set oven @ 400ºF/205ºC.
  
  Place fish in a greased 11" X 7" baking dish. Sprinkle
  with seasoned salt, pepper and paprika. Drizzle with
  butter.
  
  Cover and bake until fish just begins to flake easily
  with a fork, 15-20 minutes.
