    1/2 c  Soya flour
  1 1/2 c  Brown rice flour
      4 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
      4 tb Brown sugar
      2    Eggs
      1 c  Milk
      1 ts Cinnamon
      1 tb Vanilla
 
  Beat eggs and milk together. Combine dry ingredients and add to egg
  and milk. Add vanilla. Bake in flat pan at 350?F for about
       35    minutes.
