      Title: Baked Salsa Chicken

      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2    Boned, skinned chicken
           - breast halves (5 oz ea)
    1/8 ts Salt
    1/3 c  Salsa
      2 tb Taco sauce
    1/3 c  Shredded Mexican cheese
           - blend
           Lime wedges and sliced
           - avocado; opt
 
  Place chicken in a shallow 2 qt. baking dish coated with
  cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt. Combine salsa and
  taco sauce; drizzle over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese.
  
  Cover and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 25-30 minutes. If
  desired, serve with lime wedges and sliced avocado.
