      Title: Salsa Steak Garlic Toasts
 Categories: Five, Breads, Beef, Dairy, Salsa
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4 sl Frozen garlic Texas toast
      1 tb Olive oil
      1 lb Top sirloin steak; thin
           - sliced
  1 1/2 c  Salsa
           Sour cream & chopped fresh
           - cilantro
 
  Prepare garlic toast according to package directions.
  
  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium
  heat. Saute steak until no longer pink, 3-5 minutes;
  drain. Stir in salsa; cook and stir until heated
  through. Serve over toast. Top with sour cream and
  cilantro.
