  2 1/2 lb Beef top round steak
      4 oz (2 env) onion soup mix
 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup;
           - undiluted
    1/2 c  Water
           Mashed potatoes; opt
 
  Cut steak into 6 serving pieces; place in a 3-qt. slow
  cooker. Combine soup mix, soup and water; pour over
  beef. Cook, covered, on low for 7-8 hours or until meat
  is tender. If desired, serve with mashed potatoes.
