    1/8 ts Turmeric
      3 tb Milk
           Salt
    1/2 tb Lime juice
 
  Cut cabbage into small pieces along with the onion and chilies. Mix
  all ingredients and boil for 10 minutes. Finish with 1/2 tb lime
