Categories: Candy, Chocolate, Chilies, Nuts
Yield: 1 dozen
1 c Dark chocolate chips
1/2 c Heavy cream
1/4 c Unsalted butter
1 ts Cinnamon
1/2 c Crushed pecans
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1 c Powdered sugar
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter
over low heat until the butter is melted.
Add the dark chocolate chips and stir until melted and
smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the cinnamon, crushed

Refrigerate the mixture for 1-2 hours, or until firm.
Using a small cookie scoop, form the mixture into balls
and roll them in powdered sugar.
Refrigerate for another 30 minutes before serving.
