      Title: Green Pepper Curry (Kauai Aadheenam Style)

      Yield: 1 Batch
 
     10    Green peppers; up to 12
      3 tb Ghee or butter
    1/2 c  Braggs liquid aminos
      1 cl Garlic
      1 tb Ginger
      4 tb Garam masala #2
      2 bn Green onions
      2    Onions
      2 c  Coconut milk or dairy milk
      1 c  Sunflower seeds; roasted
      5 tb Basil leaves
 
  Heat the ghee and fry the onions, followed by the ginger, garlic, and
  halved peppers. Add a little water if needed, then mix in the garam
  masala and coconut milk. Allow this mixture to cook about 10 minutes,
  then add basil and sunflower seeds (ground). After boiling a couple
  of minutes remove from heat and allow to cool a little. Then stir in
  the liquid aminos or soy sauce and garnish with green onions.
