Coconut Caramel Carob Bars are excellent sources of energy and
nutrition, especially after a physical training activity, in between
meals or to just help you get through the day.
Blitz the base in a food processor for approximately 2 minutes. Press
down into the base of a lined square baking tray.
Blitz the caramel layer and pour over the base. Place in the freezer
for 30 to 45 minutes until set.
Blitz the chocolate layer and pour over the caramel. Place back into
freezer for at least 1 hour.
Slice and store in freezer or refrigerator.
