      Title: Barney Googles (A Cookie Bar)

      1 c  All purpose flour
      1 ts Baking powder
    1/2 c  Butter
      1 pn Salt
      2    Eggs
      1 tb Milk
      3 tb Butter; melted
      2 tb Cream
    3/4 c  Sugar
      2 c  Grated coconut -OR-
      7 oz Pkg shredded coconut
     20 oz Can crushed pineapple;
           - well drained
 
  Beat 1 egg with the milk. Combine it with flour, baking powder,
  butter, and salt as in making a pie crust. Press this mixture into
  the bottom of a 9" square pan. Drain the pineapple and spread it
  evenly on top of the flour mixture. Beat the remaining egg and mix it
  with melted butter, cream, sugar, and coconut. Spread the coconut
  mixture over the pineapple. Bake at 375?F for 30 minutes or until
  the coconut is light brown. Cut into bars when cool.
