1 lb Pumpkin
1/8 ts Cumin seed
2 Red or green chiles
1 ts Tamarind paste
1/4 c Coconut paste
Salt
Curry leaves
Cut pumpkin and chiles into small pieces. Dissolve tamarind paste in
2 cups water. Combine with pumpkin, chiles, coconut paste, and salt.
Boil until tender.
