1 lg Onion
2 ts Coconut; grated
2 Green chiles
1/2 c Curd; (yogurt)
Salt
Fresh ginger (1-1/2");
- grated (optional)
Grate the carrots. Mince onion and chiles. Mix all ingredients well
and serve at room temperature or chilled. A small piece (1-1/2") of
grated ginger may be added if desired.
