      Title: Confession Chocolate
 Categories: Candy
      Yield: 12 Pieces

MMMMM-----------------------CHOCOLATE BASE----------------------------
1/4 c Coconut oil; cooking grade
    1/4 c Cocoa powder

MMMMM-----------------------ORANGE BLOSSOM----------------------------
           Orange zest
      2 tb Orange marmalade

MMMMM-----------------------SALTED CARAMEL----------------------------
           Ground sea salt
      2 tb Caramel sauce
    1/4 ts Vanilla extract

MMMMM------------------------SPICED ROSE-----------------------------
           Black pepper; ground
      2 tb Rose syrup
    1/4 ts Cardamom

Prepare your candy mold by lightly sprinkling orange zest, ground sea
salt, or ground black pepper into the molds, based on the desired
flavor variation. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat,
stirring constantly until no clumps remain. Fold in the cocoa powder
and stir until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients based on the
desired flavor variation and stir until well blended. Or close your
eyes, take a deep breath, and create a new variation that speaks most
to you. Remove from heat and pour into the prepared candy mold.
  Refrigerate for 1 hour.

  Note:

Because coconut oil has a melting point slightly above room
temperature, your chocolates can melt if left out too long especially
if left in direct sunlight. Be sure to confess your feelings to your
love before they melt--or store them in the refrigerator until ready
  to enjoy.
