      Title: Low Fat Zucchini Bread Version 2
 Categories: Breads
      Yield: 1 Loaf
 
      4    Egg whites
      2 tb Oil
    1/2 c  Sugar
    1/2 c  Spplesauce
      1 ts Lemon extract
    1/2 ts Orange extract
      2 c  Zucchini; grated
    1/4 c  Slivered almonds
  2 1/2 c  Sll-purpose flour
    3/4 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
      2 ts Baking powder
    1/4 ts Ginger
      1 ts Baking soda
 
  Beat eggs, add oil and sugar. Beat well, add flavourings and
  zucchini. Mix dry ingredients together, stir in wet ingredients,
  mixing well. Bake in a lightly oil-sprayed loaf pan at 350?F for 1
  hour.
  
  Can also be used to make 12 muffins.
  
  Note:
  
  For an even lower-fat recipe, delete the almonds... but they really
  make this a special muffin, so use them if you can.
