      Title: Jerk Spiced Portobello Steaks

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      2 ts Natural sugar
      1 ts Ground cumin
      1 ts Ground allspice
      1 ts Dried oregano
      1 ts Sweet paprika
      1 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Cayenne
    1/4 ts Nutmeg; freshly ground
      4 lg Portobello mushroom caps;
           - gills scraped out
    1/4 c  Olive oil
 
  In shallow bowl, combine the sugar, cumin, allspice, oregano, paprika,
  salt, cayenne, and nutmeg. Set aside.
  
  Coat the mushroom caps with 2 tb olive oil, then coat them evenly
  with the spice mixture. Heat the remaining 2 tb olive oil in a large
  skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and cook until tender,
  about 5 minutes per side. Serve hot.
  
  Serve over rice or on burger rolls.
