   Usually, when there is a school shooting, the tragedy acts as a   
   clarion call to the left to start advocating for more gun   
   control legislation.   
      
   However, the talking heads in the lamestream media have remained   
   notably silent since the shooting at Arapahoe High School late   
   last week. No one was killed in that shooting. However, two   
   people were shot.   
      
   The gunman killed himself after only 80 seconds.   
      
   The media won’t tell you why the gunman killed himself after 80   
   seconds. Therefore, we’ll just enjoy Glenn Beck explaining it to   
   us.   
      
   It’s because there were armed officers at the school.   
      
   In other words, the school wasn’t so “gun-free” that it couldn’t   
   have armed officers on location. As NRA President Wayne LaPierre   
   has said: “The only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a   
   good guy with a gun.”   
      
   That statement was met with ridicule by the various factions of   
   left-wing nimwittery that infest our media properties.   
      
   It turns out that LaPierre was totally right.   
      
   The other reason that the media won’t talk about the shooting is   
   because the shooter was using a shotgun. In other words, he   
   wasn’t using a gun that was considered “politically incorrect”   
   (i.e., an assault rifle or a semi-automatic pistol). In fact,   
   the gun he was using was given a thumbs-up by Vice President Joe   
   Biden.   
      
   The media don’t want to attack one of their own, after all.
