   A bus driver has been arrested after police say he did not stop   
   the rape of a 9-year-old boy by another 14-year-old.   
      
   Byrd was booked into the Franklin County Jail.   
      
   Police say surveillance video shows the boy screaming in pain,   
   and the Bryd neglected to stop the rape.

   In police interviews, Byrd admitted to knowing what was going   
   on, but he described it as juveniles "having a relationship."   
      
   The victim's father is now suing the bus agency, Area Agency on   
   Aging, for more than $75,000.   
      
   The Area Agency on Aging declined to comment because it is a   
   pending investigation.
