   The 36-year-old Diaz was charged with 13 crimes, including sexual   
   assault, unlawful restraint, risk of injury to a minor and employing   
   a minor in an obscene performance. He was held on $750,000 bond   
   after appearing in Waterbury Superior Court.   
      
   A Waterbury Democrat and deputy city clerk, Diaz resigned his DMV   
   job Sept. 9.
