   York City Councilman Lou Rivera pleaded guilty on Monday to   
   disorderly conduct and was fined $200 following accusations that he   
   exposed himself in the bathroom to a man he knew after a job   
   interview.   
      
   The man, 32, testified that Rivera asked a series of questions about   
   his sexual preferences during the job interview, which made him feel   
   “very uncomfortable.” He accepted the position and then asked to use   
   the bathroom.   
      
   Later, Rivera also entered the bathroom, held and shook his penis   
   and stated, “Come here," the man testified.
