   State Sen. Kevin Parker has been accused of sexual assault for an   
   incident that allegedly occurred nearly 20 years ago in a woman’s   
   Brooklyn apartment, two years after he was elected to public office.   
      
   The lawsuit alleges that the woman traveled to Haiti to deliver the   
   supplies and after her return, Parker asked to come to her apartment   
   to view photographs from the trip. After he had been there for a few   
   minutes, Parker allegedly grabbed both of her wrists, took her down   
   the hallway to her bedroom and raped her, the complaint states.
