   Aaron Pennington, 30, was arrested the first time on April 5 for   
   possession and promotion of child pornography following a tip from   
   Grapeland Police, according to the release. The initial arrest led   
   to additional charges on April 19, when he was arrested for   
   allegations of sexually assaulting a child in the Houston County   
   area, the release stated. Two days later, he was arrested again   
   after a cyber crimes unit discovered images on his computer of   
   sexual assault of a child, according to the release.   
      
   In total, Pennington faces seven felony charges for crimes against   
   children, the release stated.   
      
   Under Texas law, child pornography possession and child pornography   
   promotion are both third-degree felonies punishable by two to 10   
   years in prison and up to a $10,000 fine. Sexual assault of a child   
   is a second-degree felony punishable by two to 20 years in prison   
   and up to a $10,000 fine.
