   A former Ammon city councilman has been arrested and charged with   
   three felony sex crimes against children, the Idaho State Police   
   announced Wednesday.   
      
   Byron D. Wiscombe, 44, Ammon, has been charged with lewd conduct   
   with a minor child, sexual battery of a minor child and video   
   voyeurism, all felonies, as well as misdemeanor sexual battery,   
   state police said.   
      
   “(Wiscombe) was arrested at his place of employment this morning and   
   booked into the Bonneville County Jail,” the state police said. “The   
   victim is known to the suspect. This investigation remains ongoing.”
