Everyone who has followed this thread as it has wandered through various
echoes already knows the answers to these tired and empty questions.  This
is just for the benefit of casual on-lookers.

ALL-POLITICS was listed for nearly a decade.  The listing lapsed in early
2006, but it remained in distribution with low traffic for several years. 
It remained unlisted until Jan 2010, when I listed it.  For nearly four
years there was no listed moderator, although in 2009 Klahn started posting
in the echo and presenting himself as moderator.  This in spite of the fact
that he had been banned from the echo years earlier.

In November 2010, Klahn tried to hijack the echo, which led to a "hijack
warning" e-mail to me from the echolist.  At the time of that hijack
attempt, I had been the listed moderator of ALL-POLITICS for ten successive
months.  The listing was two months away from expiring, and I renewed the
listing in December so it is there for another six months.  And in his
ramblings on the subject he has even claimed that he CHECKS the listings
BEFORE he tries to list an echo.  If that were true he would have KNOWN
that I held the listing for ten months!

In the course of his ramblings on the subject, Klahn has also called Bob
Ackley and Tim Richardson LIARS when they simply stated what was clear,
documented, and irrefutable fact.  This is not exactly new, though, as he
also tried to hijack POL_DISORDER from me a few years ago.  He failed at
that, too.
