 I was just thinking about that recently. Debate is the only echo
 of that list where people of all points of view can meet to
 disagree yet not be disagreeable.

 Oh, controversial, this echo, also is for political discussions,
 but doesn't have a lot of traffic yet. Just restored it. This
 one will have a bit looser rules than Debate, allowing response
 to flames in other echos.
