Following the G7 summit in Canada, Prime Minister Mark Carney announced new
sanctions against over 70 Russian individuals and entities, as well as more
than 200 "shadow fleet" vessels transporting oil above the price cap.

Those sanctioned include conductor Valery Gergiev, Putin's ex-wife and her
husband, Putin's nephew, Boris Yeltsin's daughter and her husband, former
Rusnano head Anatoly Chubais, InfoWatch CEO Natalya Kaspersky, former Austrian
foreign minister Karin Kneissl, ex-Nord Stream 2 director Matthias Warnig, and
former national rhythmic gymnastics coach Irina Viner.

international law, and holding aggressors accountable when it matters most.
