It kinda fell into my lap.  The process itself was pretty simple, I had an 
interview, and after hired, had to do a criminal background check.  I had 
lived in the same place my entire life (city, not house), and when our 
daughter was born, we decided we wanted to live closer to my wife's 
family.  Right after making that decision, the job opening showed up, and I 
applied.  It's a small corporation, only 4 schools total, so I'm sure the 
process was less involved than a larger corporation.
